Interested in an OVA class?
Pick a class that works for your child and email artstudio86llc@gmail.com. It is important that we have the 
child's full legal name (First, Middle & Last this is needed in order to complete registration),

grade, best email and phone number. 
We will email you a confirmation that your child is in class.  
There is a $20 Non-refundable materials fee for each class that will be collected the first day of class.

K-5  Monday's from 9:15am - 10:15am 

6-12 FMonday's from 10:30am - 11:30am

Class Description:

In this class, students will learn the basics of line, shape, form, value, light theory, spatial relationships and perspective, plus develop enhanced observational drawing skills.  Using a variety of approaches, students will focus on learning how to see the world around them and how to translate this newly found vision into the two-dimensional world of drawing.

The instructor will guide students to reaching their greatest potential and making works of art to be proud of using a variety of techniques, while using graphite, colored pencils,  and pen & ink.

Class Description:

Using a variety of approaches students will explore the basic techniques and concepts of painting such as color theory, composition, color mixing, brushwork and blending. Famous artists will be introduced and their styles explored. While treating each student as an individual, assess their unique needs & abilities by using positive reinforcement to guide the young artist in reaching their creative goals.
